This is the most common question we get and is complicated to answer.

To all looking to permanently customize their bodies- remind yourself "This is temporary consenting pain! with permanent gains!"

While tattoo pain does vary person to person and place to place. We have found the majority of our clients say "Wow, its not as bad as I thought!"

We say its about a 6 out of 10 and the pain comes and goes in waves.

If you have a small tattoo planned it will hurt less as your being tattooed for less time.

If you have a multiple hour session planned that includes color packing or shading, it will hurt, and a lot. Getting your mind set right and breathing techniques will help.
